A new friend

We have recently had another new addtion to the family. No, not another baby, but a kitten! Mercutio has joined the ranks as the newest and cutest fuzzy thing.


Mr. S and I have taken to calling him just Merc, but Rinn has started calling him Tio which is vastly cuter...we'll see which wins out.

Rinn absolutely adores him. They run around the house together Rinn after Tio and then Tio after Rinn. They get in all kinds of trouble together. He is very kind and loving, he even lets Rinn manhandle him. He has been pulled, pushed, stepped on, and sat upon. Poor kitty.


Here he is enjoying the warmth of the heating grate - aka where he is when we are in the kitchen because he follows us everywhere.
